JOB PURPOSE

Support the formulation and execution of the Bank’s transformation strategy. Help build prescriptive dashboards leveraging data anaylitics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Planning & Formulation

• Lead corporate strategy planning, formulation, and review processes.
• Perform thorough assessment of local, regional, and global trends and benchmarking exercise to feed into the corporate strategy.
• Identify transformation and new growth avenues/opportunities leveraging data anaylitics.
• Assist units establish departmental goals and KPIs based on BDB’s mandate and corporate strategy.
• Govern strategy execution and manage performance monitoring & reporting to ensure strategic directions and business objectives and KPIs are met.
• Help setup data analytics capacticy and build predictive and prescriptive dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• BSc degree in Social Science/ Data Analytics/ Economics / Banking & Finance field is preferred.

Years of experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Further to the attached JD, we are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years’ experience , with the following key requirements.
• Experience in a similar role.
